Starting July 15, 2024
Due to the consistent no-show of reservations and less than 24-hour cancellations, we unfortunately must implement a cancellation policy.
If you are making a reservation online or by phone the only way your boats will be confirmed is if you call with a credit card to hold your reservation. Boats will NOT be held if we do not have a credit card on file
We are so unhappy we have to do this after all these years, but it has become a big problem, and it’s unfair to us or the other customers wanting to rent boats.
