Boat / SUP Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, we must implement a cancellation policy due to the consistent no-shows of reservations and cancellations within less than 24 hours.

Please be advised:

If you are making a reservation online or by phone and your group is 6 or more boats the only way your boats will be confirmed is if you call with a credit card to hold your reservation. Boats will NOT be held if we do not have a credit card on file

• You have up to 24 hours to cancel your reservation before your launch
• Any no show or day of cancellation will be charged 50% of each boat being held
• Weather / River conditions are not included in this cancellation policy

We are so unhappy we have to do this after all these years, but it has become a big problem, and it’s unfair to us or the other customers wanting to rent boats.
